For this major consolidation project, CEI worked closely with the Project Manager, Interior Designer and users to develop Space Plans and Conceptual Furniture Planning; Furniture Procurement of Knoll workstations, Muuto seating and tables; Logistics Management for the 2-phased installation of products from the continental U.S. and Europe; Product Consolidation and Installation. This project was delivered on time and on budget for the County to open to the public.
